Like the rest of our members, our skaters are all volunteers, and some of the most dedicated players you’ll find! We practice three times a week as well as spend countless hours off the track heading up committees, organizing events, and giving back the community through fund-raising for local charities.
We’re currently in open recruitment, so if you’re interested in joining the team, please CONTACT US. No previous experience is necessary, mastering basic skating skills, proper hitting technique and the rules that make the sport of roller derby can all be learned! What you *must* be is at least 18 years old, and willing to work for it. They say the best things in life aren’t just handed to you; they take hard work and perseverance. Derby is no different. And if you ask any rollergirl, she won’t hesitate to tell you it’s worth it!
